A local business is hoping to feed some of the area’s unsung heroes.
Houma-based restaurant Tailgaters, located at 735 Bayou Gardens Boulevard is giving a free meal to all first reponders – a gesture the business said is an act of gratitude toward the men and women for all that they do to keep the community safe.
The lunch will start at 11 a.m., and several community dignitaries will be in attendance to celebrate the occasion.
