Toll lane to close Thursday

The southbound right lane, which serves as the “Cash or Credit” lane of the La. Highway 1 toll bridge in Leeville, will close Thursday from 9 a.m. until the early evening.

During the closure, all cash and credit traffic must use the “GeauxPass Tag” lane without stopping to pay. Motorists without a GeauxPass toll tag will be invoiced by mail for the toll.

The closure is for general maintenance, according to Louisiana DOTD.
