Earline Marie LeCompte Naquin, 92, a native and resident of Chauvin, La., died at 5:25 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2017.
Mrs. Naquin was a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church. She was a retired cook for Terrebonne Parish Schools and a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, American Legion, VFW, Ladies Society and Court Pere Dendene 1891 Catholic Daughters. She helped organize rummage sales and the Laginappe Fair for St. Joseph.
She is survived by her sons, Clark (Wendy) and Robert (Alice) Naquin; daughters, JoAnn (Kenneth) and Marlene Pellegrin; nine grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren.
Burial is at St. Joseph Cemetery in Chauvin.
