He was first seen fishing in a pirogue in Peltier Park. Have you seen the magical Christmas displays at Peltier Park yet? Robbie loved it!

Robbie the Elf was spotted next at a local school with the Grinch! They sang Christmas songs with children to spread Christmas cheer to all those to hear.
