Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet said that on Sunday morning, January 23, 2022, at approx. 6:00 a.m. TPSO deputies responded to the 300 block of Capri Court Houma in reference to a robbery complaint. 

Deputies responded to this location and found an 18 year old male sitting on the ground in someone’s yard. The man did not have on any pants and it was very cold. He was bleeding from his head and his face was extremely swollen. Acadian Ambulance treated him on scene before he was transported to a local hospital.  

During the investigation deputies learned that the victim was severely beaten and attacked with a baseball bat. The suspects stole the victim’s cell phone and clothing which were later recovered. The suspects were identified as Hayes Domangue and Dredden Spencer. 


As a result of this investigation, Hayes Domangue, age 19, 217 Bellaire Dr. Houma, and Dredden Spencer, age, 18, 312 Capri Court Houma, were arrested for second degree robbery and simple criminal damage to property. Domangue and Spencer remains incarcerated on a $150,000.00 bond.
