April 7, 2011James Edward Mitchell, 82, a native of Valporaiso, Ind., and resident of Houma, La., died at 10:05 a.m. Saturday, March 26, 2011.
He is survived by numerous nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Nona Robins Mitchell; three brothers, Robert, Albert and Harold Mitchell; and one sister, Alberta Wilson. (Samart)
