Louisiana job rate, claims do not balance

July 29, 2011Bruce James Barthelemy, 55, a native and resident of Grand Isle, La., died Saturday, July 23, 2011.
Mr. Barthelemy served many years with the Grand Isle Volunteer Fire Department.
He is survived by his nephews, Travis and Trey Barthelemy; niece, Hayley Barthelemy; and sister, Phyliss Barthelemy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thirmon and Lucy Oliver; and sister, Michele Barthelemy.
Burial was at Our Lady of the Isle Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart-Mothe)
