Horace J. Price Sr., 75, a native of Houma, La., and a resident of Dularge, La., died Monday, January 12.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Jean Eskind Price; brother Floyd Price; three sisters, Sylvia Stikeleather, Shirley Elliot and Violet Benoit; two sons, Horace J. Price Jr. and wife Roxanne, and Duffy Price and wife Lillian; three daughters, Anna Marie Oramous and husband Allen, Lena Mary Cox and husband Ronnie, and Laura Ann Hall and husband Glenn; 12 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Duffy Price and Lena Roddy Price; brother, Majesta Price; and sister, Gloria Pellegrin.
A memorial service was held Saturday, January 17 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Houma.
Samart Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
