Mildred Harris, 73, a native and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, Jan. 29, 2012.
Ms. Harris was Baptist.
She is survived by her sons, Ron (Lorraine), Michael and Prentice Harris; brothers, Henry and Joseph Harris; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford and Rosa Harris; son, Marvin Harris; and daughter, Suzette Moore.
Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at New Jerusalem Baptist Church in Houma with services to follow. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Houma. (Kennedy)
