Eloise “Weezy” Watkins Butler-Wolfe, 82, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Monday, Feb. 17, 2014.
She is survived by her son, William Jr. (Shanda) Wolfe; daughters, Barbara Jeffries, Irene Celestin, Eartha Wolfe, Linda Mitchell, Brenda Butler and Sylvia (Larry) Davis; 11 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Willie Butler; second husband, William Wolfe Sr.; mother, Eartha Strovet-Blackwell; father, Harry Watkins; grandparents, John and Maggie Strovet; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 22, at Living Gospel Church with services to follow. Burial will be at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery No. 2. (Jones)
