Eula Beadle Williams, 98, a native and resident of Morgan City, La., died Thursday, Dec. 29, 2011.
Mrs. Williams was a member of the Ladies Altar Society at Holy Cross Catholic Church. She immensely enjoyed crocheting, cooking, socializing with her in-laws, playing numerous games and talking. She was a fun loving lady who enjoyed dancing, Mardi Gras and any celebration.
She is survived by her son, Bertran (Patricia) Williams; daughter, Sister Gayle Williams; three grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Meryle Williams; parents, Wilson and Elizabeth Beadle; brothers, Jack and Woodrow Beadle; and sisters, Leona Verret and Beatrice Napoli.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Morgan City with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Graveside services will be at Morgan City Cemetery. (Hargrave)
