Mary Martin Danos, 62, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died at 11 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, 2011.
Mrs. Danos was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church where she was a Eucharistic Minister. She was a board member of the Friends of the Rosary and president of the Mary and Al Danos Family Foundation.
She is survived by her husband, Al Danos; sons, Marcel and Andre (Julie) Danos; daughters, Rene (Travis) David and Alyce Danos; brothers, Durel Jr., James and Marti Martin; sister, Susan Mullaly; and five grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Durel Sr. and Irma Martin.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mary and Al Danos Family Foundation, P.O. Box 1460, Larose, La., 70373.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Friday, July 29 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
