"Into the Woods" (New Orleans)

This Stephen Sondheim musical reminds us, “Be careful what you wish for.” A baker and his wife journey into the woods in search of a cow, a red cape, a pair of golden slippers and some magic beans to lift a curse that has kept them childless. The story catches many fairy tale figures after the Brothers Grimm put down their pens. It’s what happens after “happily ever after.”
