Fletcher Technical Community College will host a Veterans Career and Resource Fair on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at Raceland VFW, 127 St. Phillip St., Raceland, LA.
“We recognize that there are currently not a lot of places for veterans to come get the resources they need, so we at Fletcher decided to put on this biannual event,” explained Tammy Armond with Fletcher Technical Community College. “We want all the veterans in our community to have access to these important resources and job opportunities.”
There are currently 43 vendors signed up to attend the fair, all whose main purpose is to assist veterans with a variety of different needs. All veterans, whether associated with Fletcher Technical Community College or not, are welcome to attend the event.
