Time to mark up those fresh calendars!
The Terrebonne Parish Public Library has announced a list of major events they have scheduled for 2024. More information for each event will be made available closer to the event date, and information or dates may be subject to change. More major events will be announced later in the year.
Here are some things to look forward to this year at the library:
- March 8-10, 2024: Friends of the Library Inventory Reduction Book Sale
- March 16, 2024: La Mariposa Butterfly Release
- April 13, 2024: Jambalaya Writers’ Conference
- May 28-July 27, 2024: Summer Reading Program
- June 1, 2024: Miss Cherie’s Memorial Touch-A-Truck
- August 9-11, 2024: Friends of the Library Summer Book Sale
- September 21-22, 2024: Terrebonne Comic Con
- October 29, 2024: Carnival Night
- November 15-17, 2024: Friends of the Library Choice Book Sale
- November 23, 2024: Books for the Bayou – Local Author’s Day
