Join Root 2 Rise at the Nicholls Bayou Side Park near the fountain across from NSU on Highway 1 in Thibodaux. First, we will do a gentle yoga flow under the trees in the park. Afterwards, we will launch and enjoy a paddle down Bayou Lafourche.
After paddling for 1.5 miles, we will dock to use the restroom and have a snack. We will then relax and drift back to our starting point and have lunch.  
Don’t have a water craft? We are teaming up with Geaux Paddle for kayak rentals!!
