Suspect arrested for shooting at vehicles in Gray

A Golden Meadow man was arrested in Lafourche Parish after he allegedly stole a laptop from his employer.
Lafourche Parish authorities said they were called to a Cut Off department store on March 16 in reference to an alleged theft.
Once on the scene, deputies were given video surveillance, which showed a store employee, Zedd Wunstell, 31, of Golden Meadow, taking a laptop tablet computer.
Authorities said Wunstell was detained by a store manager prior to deputies’ arrival.
Following an investigation, authorities placed Wunstell under arrest, and during a search, authorities said they located eight clonazepam pills, eight diazepam pills and a small amount of suspected methamphetamine on the suspect.
Wunstell is charged with possession of clonazepam, diazepam and methamphetamine, as well as the charge for theft.
He was taken to the Lafourche Parish Jail, where he was given a $5,000 bond.
