The Lafourche Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in multiple vehicle burglaries in the Raceland area.

On Oct. 19, detectives began investigating a string of burglaries and attempted burglaries of vehicles along Aspen Drive and Elm Drive in Raceland.

Authorities said an unidentified male was caught on surveillance cameras burglarizing or attempting to burglarize vehicles on those streets and LPSO wants public help to identify him.

He is either a Hispanic male or a light-skinned black male, according to LPSO and he is approximately 5-feet, 10-inches.

In the surveillance, he is wearing a hoodie with shorts and dark-colored slide sandals.

He is pictured in this story.

Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call Bayou Region Crime Stoppers at 1-800-743-7433.

Tipsters can remain anonymous and information which leads to an arrest will net a cash reward.
