Thibodaux Police Chief Bryan Zeringue announced detectives are investigating a shooting that took place in the 1300 block of St. Charles Street shortly after midnight (03-17-2024). Thus far, it has been confirmed that two subjects whose identity is being withheld at this time were shot during the incident, one of which has succumbed from the injury. This incident remains under investigation and more information will be released as the investigation continues.
