Ever seen a 7-foot talking cat who can dance, play guitar and do tricks? Get ready, he’s coming to the Warren J. Harang Auditorium in Thibodaux Oct. 18 at 2 p.m. Ideal for youngsters ages 2 to 11, the production by Canadian-based couple Gerald and Denise Montpetit is designed to help youngsters learn and love their faith like never before. The show combines prayer, cool conversations, faith-filled stories and great songs – and a 7-foot talking cat named Moses.

“We carry Cat.Chat CDs and products at our bookstores and conferences, so when the opportunity arose to bring them to the area, we jumped at the chance,” said Shawn Lapeyrouse, assistant conference coordinator for the Diocese of Houma-Thibodaux. “Even people who have not heard of Cat.Chat are getting excited about it.”

Tickets for the show are $7 per person or $18 per family.

For more information, contact Lapeyrouse at 446-2606.
