May 5, 2011At the Evergreen Cajun Center, 4694 W. Main St. Competition for youngsters age 5 and under begins at 10 a.m.; ages 6 and older get under way at 2 p.m. The deadline to enter is May 5. Open to all ages, the competition fee is $40. Admission to view the contest is $4 for adults, $2 children ages 10 and under. (985) 798-7019.
