Actress, author keynote at NAACP banquet

Park Ave., from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The events include a Halloween safety message/magic show by Tammy and Frank Chiasson, facepainting and crafts, safety tips from the Bayou Cane Fire and Houma Police departments.
