Tryouts set for ‘Jekyll & Hyde’

Thibodaux Playhouse will hold tryouts for the musical “Jekyll & Hyde” on Monday, April 28, and Tuesday, April 29, at 7 p.m., at 1120 Caroline St. near downtown Thibodaux.

Five men and three women plus a chorus are needed. Auditioners must be prepared to sing a song of their choice.

The Playhouse also is holding tryouts for 8 year olds and higher for its children’s summer musical, “Pocahontas,” on May 3, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Playhouse (314 St. Mary St.).
