The Nicholls Players are gearing up for auditions for their upcoming production of William Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. The auditions, open to both community members and university affiliates, will take place at the esteemed Le Bijou Theater in the Student Union.
The audition schedule is as follows:
- Monday, November 27th: 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, November 28th: 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, November 29th: 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
For those who make the cut, callbacks are scheduled for Thursday, November 30th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., also at Le Bijou Theater.
One of the most enticing aspects of this opportunity is that no prior preparation or experience is required. The auditions are not limited to students; faculty and community members are encouraged to participate and showcase their acting prowess.
The production team is eager to discover local talent and create a diverse cast for this iconic Shakespearean play. The selected cast will have the chance to grace the stage on March 21-24, 2024. Whether you’re a seasoned actor or a first-time performer, the Nicholls Players welcome all who are enthusiastic about bringing Julius Caesar to life on stage.
