Local fire departments will be carrying on the tradition of parading through the neighborhoods they service with a very special guest on-board! Santa will be waving to families as the fire trucks pass through certain streets.
Each fire department’s route will vary. Most will have maps or directions available on social media prior to Santa heading out. Santa’s route will also depend on the weather. Without Rudolph, it’s not safe to travel when it’s raining or foggy!
Santa will be making his rounds through the district atop the fire truck on Sunday, Dec. 17th, starting at 10:00am.
Maps with the route are posted on facebook. While we cannot make it down every street we will set the route to get as close as possible to everyone. Merry Christmas!
Due to Saturday’s weather forecast, Gray/Ellsworth area has been moved to next Saturday, Dec. 23. Schriever will still be Sunday, Dec. 17, starting around 9:30am.

Santa is coming to town!! Our annual Christmas Parade is set to roll December 23rd, the Saturday before Christmas. Routes will begin around 7-8am.

Santa will be arriving on December 23rd to ride on top of the LVFD District #2 Fire Trucks and give greetings and candy to all the wonderful children of the district. Start listening for the Sirens around 9:30am.
