The campground was most recently known as Tangi Pines, and previously as Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park. Moving forward, it will be known as Adventures RV Resort.
Every aspect of the RV park is set to undergo a comprehensive renovation. The project includes paving all RV sites for improved comfort and introducing amenities like a zip line, bike paths, lazy river, poolside bar and grill, ropes course, mini bowling, and an inflatable playground. As well, there will be a reality TV series called Cabin Wars, featuring the renovations of the cabins.
Mike Nunmaker, Preston Dellinger, and Ryan Enk, are the key principles in the project. Ryan, CEO at Servio Capital, shares his enthusiasm about this project: “It’s really going to be an outstanding place to book an RV trip. Our goal is to make it a place to make lifelong memories.”
The 5-season reality TV show series called, “Cabin Wars: Flip It To Win It”, will surround the renovations of cabins on their newly acquired RV park in Robert, LA.
Contestants on the show will undertake the challenge of modernizing outdated cabins, all within a $20,000 budget, to craft chic glamping spaces. The intense competition requires them to complete the renovations within a tight 30-day timeframe for a chance to win a $40,000 cash prize.
Ryan expressed his enthusiasm for the upcoming show: “We’ve hand-selected top contestants from across the country, and we’re eager to witness their transformation of these spaces into glamping havens for our park.”
