BIG accepting applications for 2010 scholarships

The Bayou Industrial Group (BIG) is looking for smart graduates looking to further their education.

Applications are being accepted for scholarships to Nicholls State University, Fletcher Technical-Community College and Louisiana Technical College-Lafourche Campus.

Graduating high school seniors in Terrebonne, Lafourche and Assumption parishes are eligible to apply.

Applications are due April 23, and the scholarships will be awarded in May.
