Chili’s® Grill & Bar is bringing fajitas and ‘ritas back home to Houma this week, just three months after the restaurant was one of many to be destroyed by Hurricane Ida.

The restaurant opened in 2000 at 1539 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and is now fully ready with some additional reimagined features:

  • New technology that allows team members to serve Guests more efficiently
  • Modernized decoration and new furniture to keep guests comfortable
  • A new bar to serve the famous “shaken 25 times” margaritas

“After seeing the devastation of Ida up close, we knew we had to do everything we could to rebuild, revitalize, and reopen as soon as possible,” said Operations Services Director Donnie Bauer. “We are proud to say we housed a number of our Houma Team Members in other cities so they could continue to provide for themselves and their families, and now we’re ecstatic to bring them and Chili’s home.”

The re-opening provides 80 jobs to former and new team members and they are currently hiring to fill the full team member roster.  Click here to view job openings and to apply.
