Col. Terry Daigre, a 23-year Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office veteran, is sworn in as Chief Criminal Deputy Wednesday as his wife, Tara, and Sheriff Jerry Larpenter look on. Deputy Clerk of Court Christine LeCompte is administering the oath. This marks the first time since Larpenter was appointed chief deputy under the late Charlton Rozands, whom he succeeded in office.
