The Dularge Bridge on Louisiana Highway 315 that was closed after mechanical failure shortly before Hurricane Gustav hit Terrebonne Parish has yet to reopen.

According to Louisiana State Police Troop C spokesman Trooper Gilbert Dardar Jr., no timeline has been released for the bridge to reopen.

Boat traffic, however, can still access the crossing.

Motorists en route to La. 315 must access it from the Intracoastal Waterway on Houma’s east side. The Houma Intracoastal Waterway Tunnel, Houma twin span (La. 24 south) and the Prospect Overpass (La. 3087) are all open.

The U.S. Coast Guard reported Sunday that all port warnings in Morgan City had been lifted.

In Belle Pass and Port Fourchon, boat traffic is open in only to two-way traffic in the day and one-way traffic at night. Navigational craft 20 feet or less only are allowed passage.

After Gustav roared across the Tri-parishes, boat traffic was prohibited across the Houma Intracoastal Navigation Canal, Fresh Water Bayou and the Port of New Iberia. The Coast Guard said those restrictions have since been lifted.

Saturday evening, all Bayou Lafourche bridges were reopened. The Larose floodgates, which were closed in anticipation of Gustav’s arrival, were also reopened.
