When your potential boss is setting across the dinner table, do you know the etiquette “do’s” and “don’ts”?


Nicholls State is hosting an Etiquette Dinner Thursday to review what interviewees should and should not do at a formal dinner. The meal begins at 6 p.m. in the Plantation Suite of the Bollinger Memorial Student Union.

Dr. Terry Roach, a certified business etiquette consultant, will teach attendees how to behave during such an occasion, and a four-course meal will be provided. Admission is $25 per attendee and includes soup, salad, an entrée of chicken or fish and a dessert. Dress is business casual.
