Landrieu to speak in Houma

U.S. Sen. Mary Landrieu will be the special guest speaker at a Community Dinner this Saturday at 2:30 p.m. at the VFW Post 3700, located at 1190 Barrow St. in Houma.

The event is free and open to the public. The senator, along with local elected officials, will be discussing issues that concern them and taking questions from the audience.

Jambalaya will be served to attendees.
