Thibodaux Regional Medical Center appointed new directors of its orthopedic and cardiovascular departments.
Billy Naquin, M.B.A., P.T., O.C.S., has been named director of orthopedic services in the hospital’s Home Health Center, and Dennis Rochel, R.T. R. (CV), has been named TRMC’s director of Cardiovascular Services.
Naquin is a licensed physical therapist with over 17 years’ experience. Prior to joining TRMC, he worked for Crescent City Physical Therapy and Ochsner Medical Center.
He received a master’s degree in business administration in 2001 from the University of New Orleans, and a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Louisiana State University’s School of Allied Health in 1989.
Rochel has over 20 years experience in the medical field.
Most recently, he was responsible for product development, sales and support for GE Interventional Cardiology and Surgery Division in the southern region.
A licensed Louisiana State radiologist, Rochel has been accredited with the American Registry of Radiologic Technicians since 1983.
