Office Depot opened its Thibodaux location last week with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday. During the ceremony, Office Depot made $500 donations to three non-profit organizations — Lafourche Arc, E-School and Circle of H.O.P.E. Office Depot also donated children’s backpacks to the three organizations. According to manager Eric Rodrigue, the Thibodaux store had been in the works for about six years. “Six years now we’ve been looking at the market,” he said, “and just hadn’t been able to find the place we wanted. So we’re happy that it’s finally gotten together.” The store’s hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
