Local historian revisits WWII submarine warfare
October 21, 2010State health officials are announcing the opening of another oyster harvesting area closed after the BP oil spill.
Area 19, which is west of the Mississippi River in Terrebonne Parish, had been partially closed since July 1.
A health department order reopened it as of Friday morning.
