TGMC offering online bill pay option at tgmc.com

Terrebonne General Medical Center just made paying hospital bills a little easier.

The Houma medical facility now offers online bill payment at its Web site, www.tgmc.com.

On the right corner of the home page, visitors will find “My TGMC – Online Bill Pay.”

A click of the link leads to a section where customers can view patient account information and pay a hospital bill, all in a few mouse clicks.

“We are pleased to offer this technology to our customers; online banking is a proven, safe and convenience measure that is very time efficient,” hospital CEO and president Phyllis Peoples said in a news release. “This quick process will allow customers to view their account detail and easily make payments to their hospital bill.”

Peoples said the latest improvement to TGMC’s Web site represents one more step the medical center is taking to stay abreast with the latest in technology and puts the convenience of its customers first.
