QUESTIONS:

What is a talent you have few people know about?

I could spit shine a boot and make it look like glass.

If you had to spend a year on a deserted island, what one thing would you take along?

Shakeology, my healthiest meal of the day, because His word is hidden in my heart. My stomach will need its daily dose of dense superfood nutrition to survive. Yes, everyone knows I am a Shakeo Head.

You’re a multi-million dollar lotto winner. What are you going to do?

First of all, I don’t play the lottery. But if I did and won it, I would tithe to my church first and then pay off all my bills. I’d then pay off bills for family members and build my mom a house with a big porch. Once that was done, I’d launch a TV show to empower the masses.

Who is your role model? Why?

My mom. She gave birth to six kids through a midwife at home in Mississippi, and then she had four more children after that. She raised us on homemade biscuits and cornbread, beans and rice and yard-raised chickens. She washed our clothes with a ringer washer with no inside running water. My mom is 76 years old and is known as the Fort Bayou Queen in Mississippi. To this day, she still cares for everybody, even when she is not feeling the best. My mom is the church lady with the big fancy hats. She is my role model. She loves all and cares for all.

If you were a superhero, who would you be and what would your super power be?

If I were a super hero, I would be the “Happiator.” I would go around and impart happiness on folks. I would be flying all around to bring happiness by tapping into peoples’ inner-being to stir it up.

TV show guilty pleasure?

Oh my! Thanks to my niece and sister, it is Tyler Perry’s “The Haves and Have Nots.” Not sure if I will continue to watch it after this season finale. It started to get weird. Otherwise, “Family Feud” with Steve Harvey.

Proudest moment?

My proudest moment is getting on the scale and discovering I had reached my after-basic training weight of 145, from 233 pounds at 52 years old. With that, I’m wearing a size 6 skirt, from a previous size 18.

What’s on your nightstand?

A bottle of Evamor water. I drink 12-24 ounces of water before sleep and before actually rising.

How do you friends describe you?

Fit motivator.

Describe your dream adventure?

Take my Jeep to Moab and learn to climb rocks.

I wish I could do ____ better.

Hair and makeup.

Describe your dream job.

Onstage or a TV show empowering the masses.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
