Hobbies: Spending time with family and friends, making videos for my Facebook, and doing anything that’s music-related.
What is a talent you have few people know about? I can do some impressions, although I’m just OK at some celebrities and whatnot.
If you had to spend a year on a deserted island, what one thing would you take along? I’d say a boat to get back to the mainland as fast as I can. I’m pretty sure I don’t have the greatest survival skills at all.
You’re a multi-million dollar lotto winner. What are you going to do? I’d do the normal things, like help out my family and some of my friends. I’d pay off my debts, for sure. I’d donate to a good cause, as well. After all of that, I’m pretty sure I’d buy some meat pies and fish and cheese patties by the truck loads to be delivered to my house.
Who is your role model? Why? I’ve had several in my lifetime, but to choose just one, it’s almost impossible for me. The most consistent one I had was Jim Valvano. He may be gone, but his life message is still inspiring to this day, and he’s still worthy of looking up to.
If you were a superhero, who would you be and what would your super power be? I’m not sure if this would qualify as a superhero, but I’d be the one who’d put a stop to all crime in the world. I guess I’d be part-Batman, part-Superman, and part “Hacksaw” Jim Duggan.
TV guilty pleasure? “Inside Edition.” Yes, I’m serious. Please contain your laughter.
Proudest moment?
It may sound cheesy, but any moment I can make someone laugh or smile is a proud one for me. Being able to entertain and bring joy to people is something I’m definitely proud of.
Best advice you’ve ever been given?
Always remain true to yourself, stand up for what you believe in, and don’t let people walk all over you.
What’s on your nightstand? Keys, deodorant, a box of Sno Caps. That, and an alarm clock.
We all have them, guilty pleasures. What’s yours? Watching too much reality TV.
How do you friends describe you? I think it would vary from friend to friend, but overall, I think they’d describe me as outgoing, genuine and definitely always hungry.
I wish I could ___ better. Swim. I say that because I legit don’t know how to swim. Not good for a guy who’s born and raised on the bayou.
Best movie you’ve ever seen? I’m not real big on movies, but ‘Rocky’ is probably my all-time favorite. It’s a movie I could literally watch every day and never tire of.
What’s top on your bucket list? It’s not the flashiest answer, but it would be attending a Super Bowl.
Describe your dream ADVENTURE? A cross country road trip with friends. Just get up and go with no set destination. Stop and sight-see at any place we’d find interesting and just enjoy the experiences.
What was your best gift ever? The gift of life. Don’t take it for granted. Life your life to the fullest. Have fun. Take chances. Enjoy it.
