A second Houma man was arrested Monday in connection with a spate of residential burglaries along Levron Street, a Houma Police spokesman said.

Four homes were burglarized-one was burglarized twice-between Jan. 5 and Jan. 8 on the West Houma street, Lt. Todd Duplantis said. Burglars took digital cameras, blankets, printers and computers, and jewelry, he said. They gained entry into the residences by kicking in the front or back door of the home, he noted.

Detectives arrested Edgar L. Wilson, aka “Hook Mouth,” 53, of 811 Goode St., Houma, on Jan. 23. He was charged with the burglary on the 400 block of Levron Street.

On Monday, based on the information netted from the ongoing investigation, detectives obtained a warrant to search a shed at 115 Morgan St. in Houma, Duplantis said. Police recovered a truckload of items believed to have been stolen from numerous West Houma residents, he said.

Michael A. Robertson, aka “Kojack,” 44, of 115 Morgan St., was arrested and charged with 10 counts of simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. He was transported to Terrebonne Parish Jail to await bond or trial.
