Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1 is working to restore water service throughout the entire parish at this time.
Schriever water plant HAS WATER but distribution is hampered by broken water lines and personnel are working to fix these leaks.
Also, personnel are working to get the Houma Water Plant fully operational to restore full service to the two hospitals in the parish.
The boil water notice is still in effect for safety.
