December 18, 2015The Bubba Dove floodgate being moved Thursday from its home at Bayou Grand Caillou to the Bourg Dry Dock for repairs. Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District Director Reggie Dupre said the agency waited until hurricane season ended to send the gate out.
