September 2, 2012Albert Johnson Jr., 84, a native of Cecilia, La., and resident of Morgan City, La., died Monday, Aug. 27, 2012.
Mr. Johnson was a decorated U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War. He also served in the Merchant Marines at the end of World War II.
He is survived by his wife, Theresa Johnson; sons, David (Hope) and Michael (Bobbie) Johnson; sister, Sybil Barrilleaux; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Sr. and Antoinette Johnson; and sons, Byron and Glenn Johnson.
Burial was at Morgan City Cemetery. (Twin City)
