AliceMae Gaudet Bergeron, 86, a native and resident of Raceland, LA., died at 11:25 p.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8:30 to funeral time Friday at Samart-Mothe Funeral Home in Raceland. Mass will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church in Raceland, with burial in the church cemetery.
She is survived by four sons, Tommy, Curtis, Michael and Charles “Chuck” Bergeron; two daughters, Evelyn Bergeron and Susan B. Senette; one sister, Isabella Baudoin; 21 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph A. Bergeron; her parents, Franklin and Ida Robichaux Gaudet; two sons, Kenneth and Joseph A. Bergeron Jr.; one brother, Samuel Gaudet; and five sisters, Jeanne Mitchell, Velma Gaudet, Bernice Scott, Marguerite Breaux and Beatrice Robichaux.
She was a parishioner of St. Mary’s Nativity Catholic Church.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
