Alton Naquin, 84, a native of Point-aux-Chenes, La., and resident of Bourg, La., died at 10:56 a.m. Monday, June 11, 2012.
Mr. Naquin was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the VFW and Knights of Columbus.
He is survived by his wife, Ismay Naquin; daughters, Judy (Jean) Robicheaux, Cindy (Bobby) Babin, Darlene (Rickey) Hemphill and Charlene (Kirk) Robichaux; son, Rev. Eric (Patricia) Naquin; stepdaughters, Mary (Jay) Adams, Gayle Epperson and Anita (Sonny) Belanger; brother, Roger Naquin; sisters, Helen Plaisance and Annie Ledet; 21 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Theresa Naquin; parents, Neville and Dorina Naquin; brothers, Andrew and Louis Naquin; sister, Adele Crochet; and two grandchildren.
Burial was at St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery. (Samart)
