March 15, 2012Andrew “Pete” J. Lefort Jr., 87, a native of Golden Meadow, La., and resident of Cut Off, La., died at 4:15 a.m. Friday, March 9, 2012.
Mr. Lefort was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cut Off.
He is survived by his sisters, Lorraine (Alvin Sr.) Pierce, Audrey (Sonny) Burkett and Mae Ann (Miller) Danos.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Velma Lefort; parents, Andrew Sr. and Benesia Lefort; brothers, Norman and Rudy Lefort; and sisters, Norma Plaisance, Laura Guidry, Oletta Autin and Doris Lefort.
Burial was at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Cemetery. (Falgout)
