February 7, 2012Archie Tardy Sr., 68, a resident of New Iberia, La., died at 3:24 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2012.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Tardy; son, Archie Jr. (Catrina) Tardy; stepsons, George and Timothy Lewis; daughters, Tim’yanna Tardy, Denise Prout and Emma Lewis; brothers, Floyd, Nedray and Joseph Tardy; sisters, Margaret Loston, Yvonne Tardy, Vivian Williams, Linda Alexander and Lillie Richard; 16 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Burial was at Macedonia Baptist Church in Ashton, La. (Jones)
