Family Fun Fest has something for all ages

Atlas “A.J.” Johnson Campbell, 76, a native of Hyman, S.C., and resident of Schriever, LA., died Sunday, March 25, 2007.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Thibodaux Funeral Home. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial in Garden of Memories Cemetery in Gray.
He is survived by two sons, Dennis Campbell and wife, Gina, and Vernon Travis; three daughters, Cindy Medlin, Martha Echols and husband, Neal, and Peggy Brown and husband, Edwick; one brother, Lloyd Campbell; 14 grandchildren, Stacey Hudson and husband, Alva, April Champagne and husband, Arty, Christy Campbell, Wanda Askew, Selena, Blake and Atlas Brown, Kimberly, Christopher, Allie and Destyne Campbell, Kelly and Justin Olivier and Ricky Robichaux; and six great-grandchildren, Jordan and Jasmine Hudson, Cylas and Hollyn Champagne and Markice and Malik Bogen.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Van Matre Campbell; his parents, Collis Campbell and Katie Allen Campbell; one daughter, Wanda Campbell and one brother, Billy Campbell.
Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
