Augustine F. Dies, 95, a native of Thibodaux, LA. and resident of Houma, LA., died Monday, Jan. 29, 2007.
Visitation will be from 8:30 a.m. to funeral time Thursday at Falgout Funeral Home in Raceland. Religious service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial in Matherne Cemetery in Bayou Blue.
She is survived by two sons, Ray Dies and wife, Sherry, and James Dies; four daughters, Mildred Dufrene and husband, Elvin, Audrey Thibodeaux and husband, Joe, Lois Arceneaux and husband, Gene, and Flora Fuson; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Dies; her parents, Adam and Seraphine M. Falcon; one son, Gilbert Dies; and two daughters, Pauline Dies and Edna Knight.
Falgout Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
