Aurestile “Tim” Aupied, 91, a native of Lafourche Crossing, La., and resident of Golden Meadow, La., died Saturday, June 7, 2014.
He is survived by his son, Charles Aupied; daughter, Sybil (Johnnie) Daigrepont; sister, Cecile Boudreaux; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Loriska Aupied; parents, Emile and Valerie Aupied; brothers, Alfred, Gaston, Charles, Rex, Johnny, Norbert and Simon Aupied; sisters, Edith Thibodaux and Lucille Breaux; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Golden Meadow with Mass of Christian Burial to follow. Burial will be at the church cemetery. (Falgout)
