Barbara Sears Wilson, 52, a native of Terrebonne Parish, La., and resident of Houma, La., died Sunday, July 31, 2011.
She is survived by her mother, Aletha Sears; sons, Jeconiah (Mindy), Tyrone, John and Caleb Wilson; brother, Wayne Sears; sisters, Shelia (Edward) Bradley and Angelia (Melvin) Hite; and one grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Wilson Sr.; father, James Sears Sr.; and daughter, Johnisha Wilson.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 6 at Emmanual Baptist Church with services to follow. Burial will be at the cemetery. (Community)
